Crushing process:
Iron ore raw materials through the hopper evenly
sent by vibrating feeder into jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then the material transported by
belt conveyor to HST hydraulic cone crusher for medium crushing. After the former crushing, these
materials are carried into HPT cone crusher again for fine crushing and then separated by vibrating
screen. After separation, the standard will become part of the final product, and the rest of the
material will re-enter cone crusher for crushing and thus forming a closed loop mode. After ball mill
grinding operation, using economic and environmentally friendly iron ore beneficiation method of
magnetic separation process for iron refining.

evenly sent into jaw crusher for coarse crushing, the material transported by belt conveyor to HPT

screening. After screening, the standard will become part of the final product, the rest of the material
back into the cone crusher for broken again. After HPT cone crusher crushing the gold ore particle size
is fit into the next grinding stage machine ball mill, then after flotation, concentrate and drying get
dry gold concentrate.

Production line process:
Manganese ore beneficiation process washing,
crushing, screening, re-election and magnetic is the most commonly used beneficiation methods, low
investment costs, low operating costs. Manganese ore raw materials are evenly sent into jaw crusher by
vibrating feeder, manganese semi-finished products sent into hopper by belt conveyor, and then through
vibrating feeder evenly into stone belt conveyor and transferred into cone crusher for fine crushing,
and then through vibrating screen separated into the desired size and thus suitable for the next level
grinding operations.
