Question: What are the requirements for the jaw crusher when commissioning?

Dear Alinoor,
When loading test:
(1) The crusher processing capacity, maximum feed size and finished product size shall comply with the design regulations;
(2) The crusher shall not have periodic or significant impact sounds;
(3) There is no obvious movement between the adjust seat and the frame seat;
(4) For 8 hours of continuous operation, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 30 °C.
When no-load test:
(1) All fasteners should be firm and free of looseness;
(2) The adjusting device of the discharge opening should follow the adjustment range of the discharge opening;
(3) The flywheel and the sheave are running smoothly;
(4) All friction parts have no scratches, chipping and grinding, and no abnormal noise;
(5) Continuous operation for 2 hours, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 30 °C.
