Due to the difference between the crushing cavity of single-cylinder cone crusher and multi-cylinder cone crusher, the product of single-cylinder cone crusher is closer to the aggregate gradation, especially for aggregate particle size requirements of 150-80 (120-80) mm or 80-40mm, the reason for choosing the single-cylinder cone crusher as secondary crushing is as follows:

(1) When the jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing, the particle size of the flakes in the discharge is large, and may sometimes exceed 350mm. Multi-cylinder cone crusher is difficult to handle, while the allowable feed particle size of single-cylinder cone crushing can reach more than 450mm;

(2) The proportion of 80-40mm in single-cylinder cone crusher products is higher than that of multi-cylinder cone crusher, and it is easier to meet the requirements of aggregate grading.

(3) The price-performance ratio of single-cylinder cone crusher is higher than that of multi-cylinder cone crusher. With the same processing capacity, the price of single-cylinder cone crusher is lower, and the operation and maintenance costs of the equipment are lower.
