Dear Adam,
Basalt is a relatively hard ore. We recommend two types of cone crusher: HST series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and HPT series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.
After the large stone enters the silo, it enters the HJ125 high-energy jaw crusher through the TSW1345 vibrating feeder, and then the belt sends the initially crushed stone into the HST250S2 hydraulic cone crusher and HST250H1 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. After crushing, the stone material is transported to HPT300 hydraulic cone crusher by the belt conveyor for the third stage of crushing, and then the material enters three 3YZS2460 vibrating screens for sieving to obtain qualified finished materials, and the unqualified ones directly enter the cone crusher for crushing again.
