Latest YKN series vibrating screen occupied the forefront of industry
In order to better meet the requirement of mining, construction, chemical industry and other fields for screening and grading rock material,based on twenty years' experience in the design of the vibrating screen and combined with international advanced manufacturing concepts, Kefid developed YKN series vibrating screen with high strength, high excitation force of N series exciter.
YKN series vibrating screen is a maturity product which applied in practice for many years. The device use N-series block eccentric exciter and intermediate transmission connection using flexible connection. It has larger amplitude and smooth vibration so that the through capacity and screening equipment efficiency is significantly improved.It is very suitable for screening in mining, building materials, chemicals, cement,etc. and for grading operations to variety of minerals such as rocks which water content is no more than 5%.
Even for other problems such as screening large particle size, high bulk density, ultra thick material layer, YKN efficient vibrating screen is also available through the use of high-strength polyurethane massive screen to ensure trouble-free operation to complete the screening, which is ordinary vibration screen can not be done.
In addition, according to introduction of the experts of Kefid R & D center, compared to traditional vibrating screen, YKN vibrating screen using external eccentric structure, the international leading level timing belt structure and finite element analysis techniques to optimize the calculation.It has the features of lighter screen frame, easier maintenance and more sophisticated and intelligent operating systems which is in line with today's large-scale mining equipment requirements for screening.
